You've been told it's just your age.
You deserved an actual answer. MenoGrowth is where you get one.
A program of MedsRUS & Wellness Foundation, Inc. · Led by Dr. Donna Bellamy, PharmD, BCGP
You're not imagining it.
- Awake at 3am and useless at 2pm
- Gaining weight doing everything you used to do
- Labs come back normal, so nothing gets done
- Snapping at people you love
- Palpitations with a clean cardiology workup
- A doctor with 11 minutes who won't discuss it
- Memory lapses that frighten you
- A spouse who says you're crazy while you're genuinely trying
Black women enter this transition earlier, have symptoms that last longer, and are dismissed more often. You are not late, and you are not imagining it.
What MenoGrowth means
Meno- comes from the Greek mēn, month — the same root behind menstrual. We joined it to growth on purpose.
This transition is not something you endure and leave behind. It is the beginning of a season that lasts the rest of your life, and it can be a season of growth, wisdom, and renewal.

Meet Dr. Bellamy
Dr. Donna Bellamy is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist with more than 30 years of clinical experience in how medications actually behave in a woman's body over a lifetime.
She founded MedsRUS & Wellness Foundation because too many women were being sent home with normal labs and no plan.
About the FoundationNo woman should have to choose between her health and her ability to afford the medications she needs.
